Preview Policy

Social Signals provides previews of our videos and printed materials on our website. Social Signals does not offer previews of our educational materials.

Defective Materials

If a Social Signals video or teachers manual has a technical fault, we will gladly replace the product if notified within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us to arrange for a replacement. We will pay shipping costs to return and replace a defective product.

Return Policy

United States and Canada

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a curriculum and DVD, you may return it for an exchange or full refund, excluding shipping and handling.

The return must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in good condition in the original packaging with shipping prepaid.

Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip to ensure proper credit. Please take care when packaging your items for return as we are unable to issue received or times that are not resalable. Some exceptions apply.

We recommend insuring your return package. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by USP or FedEx.

Social Signals materials are produced and closed captioned in English.

Specific information about video formatting and color encoding

All DVD’s are coded Region 0 which means that the DVD can be played in all regions around the world.

We have both NTSC (Canada, USA, and some of South America) and PAL color encoding systems (Europe, Asia, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, South America and most of Africa).

Pricing is in US dollars. Foreign currency can be easily converted by purchasing with a major credit card.

Prepayment must be made in US funds.

If you have any questions about international distribution of Social Signals materials, it is best to contact us directly.

Payments of all foreign taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping

Shipping charges must be prepaid in advance as costs may be higher to certain locations.

All orders must be prepaid.
